It is extremely important to us that your dog's grooming experience at Wags and Wiggles is an enjoyable and positive one because we want them to come back again with a 'wagging' tail or a 'wiggling' bum knowing that they are going to have a fun time.

With this in mind, we will only ever carry out the grooming procedures that your dog is happy to let us do.  Should this mean that we are unable to finish the session to your complete satisfaction, we will arrange another appointment for your dog at no additional cost to yourself.

Whilst in our care, your dog will be treated to the best pampering session that we can give, with lots of hugs and cuddles thrown in too.  We never rush, we always ensure that breaks are taken when required and that fresh drinking water is always to hand.  We will also provide treats to reward their good behaviour (subject to your prior approval).

When the session is over and your dog is waiting to be collected, our own dogs, Dougal and Coco, will be delighted to show them around our garden, to entertain them to a game of chase or ball, or to just show them to a comfy seat on the sofa to await your return.
